Customer Service Representative

 

Salary: N90,000 – N100,000 Monthly

Deadline: 20th May, 2024

Location: Lagos (Full-time)

FHON Consulting is a consulting company that offers expert advice and services to businesses seeking assistance in various areas. Consultants provide specialized knowledge to improve organizational performance, solve problems, and implement strategies. Services may include management, technology, human resources, or strategy consulting. Consultants work closely with clients to analyze challenges, develop solutions, and offer recommendations for improvement. Adaptability, strong analytical skills, and effective communication are crucial for success in the consulting industry.

 

Requirements:

  • B.Sc / High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional training or coursework in customer service or related fields is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the purchasing process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
