Job Description:
- for our Obtüra location in Chemnitz As a site manager, you will take over the commercial and technical management as well as the management of the team.
- You will take responsibility for the implementation of our strategies and for achieving the goals we have set.
Responsibility:
- Responsibility for the control, organization and monitoring of operational processes from a business perspective
- Observation and analysis of the market as well as the resulting active participation in the further development of sales strategies
- Planning and implementation of agreed goals with regard to sales, earnings and development of market potential with existing and new customers
- Conducting contract and customer discussions nationwide
- Intensification of cooperation within the site team and with specialist and commercial divisions
Requirements:
- Commercial or technology-related training/studies or comparable professional experience
- Technical and commercial expertise, preferably experience in the field of components
- Experience in leadership and communication with employees and in projects
- Strong negotiation skills and communication skills as well as flexibility and resilience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
