Senior HR Business Partner / Team Leader HR

 

Salary: € 90,000+ Annually
Location: Hybrid

 

Job Description:
  • Our client is looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner / Team Leader HR (m/f/d) with a proven track record in strategic HR management and leading HR teams.
  • In this position, you will be responsible for the management and implementation of human resources work at the Lampertheim site as well as for two other locations in Germany. Their main task is to ensure that the company’s human resources strategy is implemented and that employees are supported in all HR-related matters.

Responsibilities:

      • Manage local HR processes and ensure professional HR service for all locations
      • Advising employees and managers on HR-related topics
      • Support for both employees covered by collective bargaining agreements and non-tariff employees
      • Conducting staff appraisals and implementing various personnel measures
      • Constructive cooperation and negotiations with the works council
      • Planning, control and implementation of HR instruments to promote employee motivation
      • Initiation and monitoring of the annual performance review and talent development process
      • Leading a small team
      • Coordinating tasks for the division’s German locations
      • Coordination of training and further education measures
      • Preparation of personnel statistics, reports, references, employment contracts, job descriptions and budget coordination
      • Responsible for commercial training
      • Management of agreed HR projects and improvement of internal HR processes

Requirements:

      • Completed university degree in business administration, psychology with a focus on human resources or a related field
      • Several years of experience in the role of HR Business Partner / HR Manager, including initial management experience, ideally in an industrial environment
      • Sound knowledge of labour law and, preferably, collective bargaining law (preferably in the chemical or metal sectors)
      • Strong assertiveness and negotiation skills as well as excellent communication skills at all levels of the hierarchy
      • Fluent in German and English
