Job Description:
- We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team. Our company provides financial literacy products and services to medical professionals.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer service issues related to our membership site, and performing onboarding calls with all new community members.
Responsibilities:
- Create onboarding tracking form for each new community member (detailed instruction provided)
- Monitor community conversations to ensure adequate engagement and removal if community rules are broken
- Create engagement incentives for community members
- Meet via Zoom with each new community member to onboard them, and schedule follow up sales call with salesperson if client is appropriate for ascension into next program
- Maintain data on community churn rates and customer requests/concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the customer lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management or customer success, preferably in a membership site environment (but not required)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers via Zoom call in a personable way
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement

- This position is a part time position, with variable hours but averaging approximately 20 hours per week. It is a 1099 position, and is entirely flexible in terms of location.
