LOCATION: Remote-EST work hours
COMPENSATION: $24.50/hr
The Client you will be working for is a Fortune 150 global leader in the Renewable Energy Industry. This opportunity will give you experience in the growing renewable energy industry in the United States with a company that is a globally recognized leader in sustainable energy.
The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for helping to make the sales process more efficient by directly supporting the sales cycle from opportunity creation through contract signature and ensuring clean handoffs to delivery teams in support of the customer onboarding experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities, include, but not limited to:
  • Reviewing signed contracts and supporting documentation to ensure that client’s CRM reflects contractual obligations, ensuring successful product delivery and compliance with Company policies
  • Acting as a liaison between Sales, Legal, Energy Markets, and Finance teams regarding commercial contracting questions
  • Making consistent, positive contributions to establishing and maintaining an inclusive team culture of professional excellence
  • Supporting system and process improvement projects with involvement in requirements gathering, design, testing & launch of enhancements
  • Using quantitative and qualitative analysis to support the broader sales and operations teams by supporting report and dashboard creation/management and synthesizing data into actionable recommendations
  • Coordinating the flow of data and documentation among internal teams
  • Providing training on both a scheduled and ad-hoc basis for members of the client sales organization
  • Utilizing client’s CRM system to track key activities in the sales process to ensure compliance and completeness
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1-3 years relevant professional experience (in a Sales Operations or related role preferred)
  • Highly productive and efficient, with an ability to multi-task across a broad set of deadline-oriented tasks and with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in productivity tools, specifically MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to tailor a written or verbal communication to multiple cultural environments
  • Prior CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce); ability to build reports and dashboards
  • Strong quantitative aptitude
  • A need to assume responsibility for work
  • A drive to achieve excellent outcomes that is internal, constant & self-imposed
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts
CONTRACT
6 months with high likelihood of extension or conversation to full-time employee
