Responsibilities:
- Examine and comprehend the daily procedures and objectives of each department (e.g., marketing, sales).
- Engage in strategic planning for the organization.
- Doing all duties allocated and helping with daily operations.
- Taking part in seminars, conferences, and other educational activities.
- Observing and picking up tips from more seasoned employees.
- Acquiring knowledge of the procedures, policies, and norms of the firm.
- Keeping thorough records and communicating with managers, supervisors, and other senior employees.
- Reaching all prerequisites and objectives stated at the beginning of the traineeship.
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines as well as company requirements.
- Updating records and preparing paperwork.
- Gaining knowledge about how to resolve conflicts and observing disciplinary proceedings.
- Visiting various offices and taking part in day-to-day activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Management experience or experience in a related field (e.g., sales, customer services, etc.)
- Thorough familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Strong presentation abilities both in writing and speech
- Outstanding computational and mathematical skills
- Good communication abilities
- Having a business or management degree is advantageous.
