Qualifications & Experiences

2. Security Risk Coordinator

Key Purpose
- The key purpose of this role is to support and co-ordinate the security management and security related crises risks across the BU and ensure the principles, standards and requirements are adopted in a cost effective and in alignment with the overall business strategy.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop protective measures to mitigate risks; coordinate the guard force to ensure optimal service delivery and compliance with relevant policies and procedures to ensure physical safety of our People and assets.
- Coordinate secure journey management planning and resource allocation within the BU.
- Support line management and efficient allocation of security resources/technology within the organizational reporting structure through adherence to a defined SLA/SOP adherence.
- Coordinate all Security Risk Management/Crises/Awareness initiatives to support the delivery of stakeholder value within the company.
- Responsible for the compilation, data, maintenance, and reporting to the Enterprise Risk Manager on the BU Nigeria security trends (CR360 Data) and other security reports to management.
- Facilitation, training support and communication of best practice within the company, including the provision of effective and appropriate tools to assist with the identification and analysis of security risk; ensure that all managers and key staff are properly trained to utilize such tools.
- Develop, provide, and maintain guidance and documentation in support of the Security Risk
- Management Framework and Processes.
- Develop a working relationship with personnel and a comprehensive working knowledge of our security support to Business operations working with our contracted security service providers.
- Ensure business unit managers have easy access to information concerning the security risk management strategy, processes, tools, training and generic risk control measures and corporate standards.
- Ensure that security risk management activities are incorporated into strategy and business planning activities.
- Responsible for analyzing the company security data management information from the company risk database and security trends which can impact the continuous supply of product to the markets within the BU.
- Support Crises simulation practices simulated across the BU; Risk assessment modelling to pre-empt mitigation for predictable events.
- Assess all planned Brand and Company events from a Security and Safety perspective in line with the Business Event Security Policy, track all events, conduct post review of the events to drive improvement and learnings with key stakeholders (Internal and External).
- Act as liaison with local law enforcement and first responder agencies.
Profile
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Professional qualification in security or risk management
- 5 years in a security, crises, or risk management position.
Key Attributes and Competencies:
- Ability to self-manage within a pressurized working environment, react and support various crises situations, think out of the box, work with multiple variables/events in relation to external and internal threats.
- Recovery of losses through Civil action/Excess recoveries /Contractor negligence.
- Security Supplier Management.
- Proven ability to work creatively and independently both in the field and in the office.
- Ability to integrate technology with physical security layers/manned guarding with a focus on continued improvement and the delivery of efficiencies
- Investigative skills and the ability to produce written reports for executive management
- Good knowledge of Security Risk Management disciplines, frameworks, and processes
- Sound knowledge of local legal compliance – security controls and compliance
- Sound knowledge of safety, health, and the environmental requirements of a listed entity

3. Packaging Manager

Key Purpose
- The Key purpose is to manage and co-ordinate the Packaging Department in order to achieve the required standard of product quality and output in the most efficient and effective manner.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Manage plant, process and systems
- Translates and implements packaging, manufacturing and business strategies across the packaging hall
- Ensure that all team members are fully conversant with the VPO
- Develop and drive implementation plans to progress our VPO Principles / agreed VPO Pillar Blocks in order to sustain results
- Ensures conformance to Plant and Packaging specifications and standards
- Drives maintenance integrity to maximize equipment availability and reliability while ensuring engineering integrity and close partnership with Maintenance
Maintenance Manager:
- Optimises process capability
- Leads packaging projects as required
- Coordinates Packaging logistics, shift patterns and run strategies to maximize GLY, FTE productivity and overall supply reliability

Team Leadership:
- Lead the packaging team in a manner that engenders ownership, empowerment and team interaction

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing people
- Demonstrated experience in driving commercial decisions in a packaging hall (financial, operational, people)
- Demonstrated experience in leading VPO in a Brewery environment
- A superior performance track record indicating a disciplined work ethic with passion at maintaining quality
- Demonstrated understanding of relevant legislation, specifically health and safety and labour legislation
- Proven experience in managing Industrial Relations within the workforce
- Managing people ability as well as ability to drive performance
- Leadership ability (ability to lead the packaging hall)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and control budgets
