Requirements:
- HNDs, or bachelor’s degrees
- A keen interest to work in banking, specializing in relationship and customer service.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
- Capacity to pick things up fast and adjust to changes in a hectic setting.
- It is preferred to have knowledge of CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- The capacity for autonomous work and a proactive attitude to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training program to gain knowledge of company operations, processes, and strategies.
- Engage in workshops and seminars to enhance your professional skills and knowledge.
- Support various departments in day-to-day tasks and projects, gaining a holistic understanding of the business.
- Assist in creating presentations and materials to effectively communicate department initiatives and goals.
